Identification: All guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in. This is mandatory for security purposes and to maintain a safe environment for all residents. Additionally, identification details will be securely recorded and stored in accordance with privacy regulations. Guests are requested to carry identification at all times while on the premises for verification if needed.

House Rules: Guests are expected to follow all house rules, including respecting quiet hours, maintaining cleanliness, and treating fellow residents and staff with courtesy. Violation of rules may result in warnings, fines, or penalties, and repeated violations could lead to termination of stay. House rules are designed to create a peaceful and cooperative living environment for everyone.

Payments: Room fees and other charges must be paid on time. Delayed or missed payments may lead to restricted access to services or termination of accommodation. We recommend that all payments be made via secure, traceable methods. Receipts will be provided for all payments to maintain transparency, and any discrepancies should be reported immediately.

Visitors: Guests may receive visitors only with prior approval from the management. Overnight stays by non-registered guests are strictly prohibited for security reasons. Visitors must adhere to PG rules while on the premises. Unauthorized visitors may be asked to leave immediately to ensure the safety and privacy of all residents.

Safety & Security: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Haven Aura is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Security measures, including CCTV monitoring and staff patrols, are in place to ensure the safety of all residents. Guests are encouraged to use lockers or other secure storage provided for valuable items.

Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of house rules will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to deny service, terminate stay, or take other necessary actions in such cases. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful demeanor at all times, including towards staff, fellow residents, and visitors. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations should be informed at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy. Failure to inform in time may result in forfeiture of fees. Refunds are generally processed via the original payment method, and any applicable processing charges will be deducted. Special circumstances may be considered at management discretion.

Health & Hygiene: Guests are expected to maintain personal hygiene and follow PG sanitation guidelines. Cleanliness helps us ensure a healthy environment for everyone. Shared facilities, such as bathrooms and kitchens, must be used responsibly and cleaned after use. Guests are encouraged to report any maintenance or sanitation issues promptly so they can be addressed immediately.

Disputes: Any disputes or complaints will be addressed in accordance with local regulations and management discretion. Our aim is to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Guests are encouraged to communicate concerns respectfully and in a timely manner. Management will investigate all complaints thoroughly and work towards mutually acceptable solutions wherever possible.
